Dipping spoon into Home made marshmallow fluff mainMarshmallow Fluff is a sweet, sticky, gooey, spreadable marshmallow crème and it makes food – and your life – better. Seriously. Marshmallow Fluff is one of those foods that I had noticed on numerous occasions, but had always made the poor decision not to try it. A true “sliding doors” experience, my life continued none the wiser and fluff free – how sad is that? So it is only now, in my adult life, that my love affair with a bit of fluff has commenced. I’m on the fluff discovery bus, I’m a fluffernutter for the stuff, I’m deliriously crazy about the fluff, and I’m spreading the fluff love because I simply can’t get enough! 😆

So today’s post features a surprisingly quick and easy Home Made Marshmallow Fluff Recipe. It’s a five ingredient recipe (yes, only 5 ingredients!) and all it requires is the use of an electric mixer and a little over 10 minutes to make it – so no excuses!

NOTE: This recipe includes the use of raw egg, so I would strongly recommend using pasteurised eggs.

Place the egg white and corn syrup in the bowl of a stand mixer and, using the whisk attachment, beat on high speed until the mixture has doubled in size. This should take approximately 5 – 7 minutes.
